We take pride in all of our products, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase we will do what it takes to make it right. We will gladly accept the return or exchange of unworn, unwashed or defective products for up to 21 days after the shipment date. Refunds for products will be credited back to your PayPal account that it was purchased with.
Merchandise must be returned with all original internal packing materials, boxes and containers with tags attached accompanied by the packing slip or invoice. Unfortunately “made to order”, “special order“, or”clearance” items are not returnable. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless damaged during shipping.
Any items returned without all original packaging and tags are considered as used and un-returnable. These items will be shipped back to you postage due. We reserve the right to refuse any return we feel has been worn longer than trying on the garment, smelling of cleaning product, perfume or missing the proper packaging.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
++ contact Jayme for a Return Form + shipping label
++ enclose your Return Form in the return package with the item(s) you’re sending back to us. The return shipping fee for the shipping label used will be deducted from your refund. If you do not wish to use the return shipping label we provide, you may send it back using your own trackable shipping method.
++ securely package the articles with the original internal packing materials, boxes and containers. Secure the shipping label on the package (covering up any old labels and UPC codes) and drop it off at your nearest US Post Office location. You may also leave it in your mailbox for local postal carrier pickup.
